The big picture involves close cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, services, research and development and product management to translate customer needs and analyses into actionable strategies and tactics for automation and digital   products.  In detail, Kevin and his team are tasked with delivering Figurate™ automation to Cytiva’s FlexFactory™ bio-manufacturing platform – the solution that offers faster deployment, multi-product processing, and accelerated production with flexible, scalable processes.
The Automation and Digital business has recently started trending in the life sciences industry, but Kevin Seaver has been focused on it for the majority of his career.  Kevin’s mission is to lead his multifunctional team to make automation and digital software plans a reality across Cytiva Life Sciences and in turn, its customers.

Kevin is a passionate leader, known for coaching and mentoring. He lives by the words “promises made, promises delivered” – which is manifested in his high performing international organizations, culminating in successful launch of billion-dollar products.

Before coming to Cytiva / GE Healthcare in 2016, Kevin served on the Board of Directors for Northeastern University Advance Manufacturing where he continues to serve. From 2014-2016 he was Senior Director of Engineering for Keurig Green Mountain where he led the automation design and installation for a world-first system to increase efficiency in food and beverage factories.  While at Procter & Gamble from 2007-2014, Kevin led both Engineering and Program Management for the Shave Care BU working across horizontal businesses including Duracell, Braun and Oral-B.    Kevin has extensive commercial experience spanning globally in North America, South America, Europe & Asia.

Kevin earned both his Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of New Hampshire at Durham and supplemented with a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University as well as a Master’s Certificate in Controllership from Boston University.
Gencor Transforms the Customer Experience

Gencor Industries makes equipment for highway construction and other industries. Their initiative to incorporate Industry 4.0 concepts is focused on continual product improvement for the purposes of enhancing the experience of their customers with their equipment.  This transformation leverages the latest technologies such as cloud-connected sensors for real-time monitoring of equipment health, applications for monitoring performance of tank farms and thermal systems, and scalable dashboards for operations management.

Dennis Hunt serves as Senior Vice President, of Gencor Industries, Inc.  Gencor Industries, Inc. of Orlando, Fla., is the leading manufacturer of asphalt plants, and combustion systems, for the road and highway construction industry.

Prior to joining Gencor, Mr. Hunt served as Vice President of Asphalt and Ready Mix Operations for Vulcan Materials Company, Western Division.  During his prior business career Mr. Hunt was a principal and officer with Industrial Asphalt.  Mr. Hunt’s grandfather, Wallace E. Hunt Sr., founded Industrial Asphalt in 1941 and the Hunt family built Industrial Asphalt into one of the largest producers of hot mix asphalt in the United States.  

During his 40 plus year career in the asphalt industry Mr. Hunt has worked in all facets of the industry including, asphalt paver operator, paving foreman, and asphalt plant operator. Mr. Hunt earned a BS degree from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from California State University Bakersfield.

Sudhi Bangalore is Stanley Black & Decker’s Vice President, Industry 4.0.  He leads the global Advanced Manufacturing program, including the Manufactory 4.0, a state-of-the-art Center of Excellence in Hartford, CT.  As a 175-year old industrial business, Stanley is transforming the way it performs manufacturing and distribution activities under Sudhi’s leadership.  He and his team research, test and deploy several advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, IIOT, software solutions and advanced data analytics to optimize operations environments across 100+ plants worldwide.   

He is a passionate and visionary leaderwhohas innovated, built and commercialized severalsuccessfulmanufacturing solutionsin the areas of Design Automation, Workflow Digitization and Diagnosticsfor companies like Rockwell Automation, Siemens and Wipro Technologies.With a vibrant global career that spans systems engineering, product management and business leadership, he brings thought leadership to solve large-scale architectural and deployment challenges. 

In his last role at Wipro, Sudhi founded the SmartManufacturing practicein 2013 witha clear focus of leveraging the IT/OT integration promise for global companies. Recognized for co-innovation ofenterprise excellence, hehas beena trusted advisor for many companies in their transformation journey and is a frequent speaker on the topic ofpracticaldeployment ofIndustry 4.0 technologies. 

Sudhi earned a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering from Bangalore University, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Kent State University.
